I'm a PhD student at the University of Würzburg, Germany, in the field of computational ecology.

My main focus is the development of a model to predict the impact of human activity on different species.

Projects

metaRange

A framework to build process based species distribution models. The models can include a (basically) arbitrary number of environmental factors, processes, species and species interactions. Written in R and C++.
You may find more information on the project website.
